We offer a 30-day 'Play-Test' guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your paddle, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, even if it has been used.
Do Pilla Pickleball paddles come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our paddles include a limited 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects, including core delamination and handle breakage.
Are your paddles USAPA approved for tournament play?
Absolutely. All Pilla Pickleball paddles are tested and approved by the USA Pickleball Association (USAPA) for sanctioned tournament play.
How should I clean and maintain my paddle face?
To maintain the grit and spin potential of your paddle, we recommend using a specialized paddle eraser or a damp microfiber cloth after every few sessions to remove ball residue.
