At Pilla Pickleball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your equipment doesn't elevate your game, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Gear

Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
